Q: When will we receive our book of the month?
A: Book Club packages should be received at the beginning of every even month.

Q: If we join the club, what are the obligations?
A: Membership can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. We are so sure you will love the club, we make no membership obligations. Please cancel your membership if you aren't 100% satisfied. We want our customers to be happy!

Q: Can I request hard cover books only?
A: Club members can request hard cover books when available. For most books there is an additional $10 charge to cover the added expense of the book and shipping. From time to time all club members may receive hard cover books. This will happen when a book is newly published, not available in paperback, or is available at a discounted price; in these cases there is no additional charge.

Q: What happens if I don't want a shipment?
A: With each package you will receive a card telling you what the next book will be. If you do not want that particular book, we ask you to make a request to decline shipment either online or by phone by the 15th day of the preceding month.

Q: What if I already own a book that is selected?
A: You always have the option to decline any club package. However, you might still want the activities and charm associated with the book. You might consider keeping the shipment and giving the book away as a gift.

Q: Can't I just buy the activities separately?
A: No, not at this time. Unfortunately, we can't sell the activities separate from the book, due to book publisher guidelines.

Q: Can I just buy the book?
A: Absolutely! Many items can be purchased at Etta's Book Boutique online. Sales and promotions change monthly, so remember to come back often.

Q: Are there ways Etta's Book Club can help community libraries and schools?
A: Yes! If your organization is interested in earning free or reduced prices on our products to help support community libraries and schools, please give us a call.
